Hedwyn was founded on a simple observation: mid-market and founder-led businesses face the same scale of decisions as large corporates — new ownership, restructuring, growth, consolidation — but rarely have the same in-house capacity to work through them.
We built Hedwyn to close that gap without the overhead of a traditional consultancy. No large teams, no generic frameworks applied without context — just senior people who have sat inside operating businesses, brought in to think clearly alongside leadership and help turn ambiguity into a plan that can actually be run.
